Strong in Aerials in 12 weeks

This physical preparation program is made to get stronger in aerials. It's a 12 weeks program full of conditioning exercises both on the floor and in the air. I belief that a good physical condition is really important for aerials. You don't need a lot of height for the program, a pull up bar and a 2 meters high tree where you can hang a sling or small straps inside, will be good already! The program is based on conditioning I still do almost everyday and what helps me a lot to improve my skills!
